YOU must be ANΩ Leaders by borgz Rahul

Upon reading its Ambassador content, I decided to write this column and be posted on its site upon its ADMINISTRATOR’s approval to inform everybody that a leader are required in every walk of life and every organization, to lead them. As well as good qualities of a leader, something that every person will give a different answer to, but the basic underlying fact that all of them will recognize, that a leader has to motivate others to do the right things.

Founder’s Shattered Hope Part One by: lady Grace Sunga

I AM now 52. I have a husband and four children and a truckload of grandchildren, and my family resides somewhere in France. I know whereof I write/speak because of some request from a very straight forward person which I meet somewhere in Italy. I’m one of a founder of the Adamas Nu Omega and life under them was very bad. I was a student during the Marcos rule, but a fraternal organization is not a hindrance to the regime and we recruited good and intelligent student, and I know they’re were good and dedicated members of ANΩ, however there was no admiration for their good completion, instead they were accused of being “termites” and the organization has turn out to be a lair of trouble makers and drug users in the middle of our engagement.

The Adamas Nu Omega's Flame War of Words

(UPDATED) The hottest corner in The Ambassador today is its Chat Room and Message Board. It no longer has the appearance of one. The chat and messages have been converted into a wild and wooly democrazy forum for heckling, name-calling and exchange of stupid and incongruous ideas, presumably by members of the Adamas Nu Omega now based in different parts of the Philippines and foreign lands.

The Adamas Nu Omega is an organization created through enduring and patterned interaction. It consists of people who have a common identity, share a common culture, and define themselves as a distinct social unit. However, maybe classified in a number of ways, the most significant of which involves the kind and quality of relationship that members have with each other.

Organizations are variant of clustered entities. An organization can be structured in many different ways and styles, depending on their objectives and ambiance. The structure of an organization will determine the modes in which it operates and performs. And this applies on fraternities as well....
