The Samahang Visaya – Adamas Nu Omega Tandem by Romeo Doller Lepasana

(first update) Once upon a time, in Feati University there where many, many student from different ethnic groups around Philippines, and It extended further from all the university in Metro Manila. The large ethnic groups of students where the Samahang Ilocano’s (S.I.) who have been branded as the student mad dog in Metro Manila.

Discrimination’s are rampant among students and they were aggressive against those from Visayas and Mindanao. Although the government is having generous and helpful for the waraynon’s because Imelda Romualdez Marcos is from Leyte. However, Leyteneous are more reluctance with the Marcos-Romualdez regime.

Many, many innocent student in Metro Manila was victims for summary killing by the S.I.G. and in 1975 the first student organization organized the SAMAHANG VISAYA in Feati University to protect them against from the barbaric S.I.G.

The SV fought with the absolute life-death commitments against the students barbarians in Metro Manila who themselves a little idea what they were fighting for.

Self-adopted name of the Samahang Visaya (S.V). The Visayan’s extended their force into another fraternity and Michael Jardaliza one of the SV organizer and his relatives joined with the Adamas Nu Omega (ANΩ) in August 1996 and he was proclaimed the organizer of Emerald Chapter.

Joe Cuenco the former SV president  from Misamis becomes the Grand Archon and Mario Lopez from Leyte becomes the Vice Grand Archon while Mario organized the first Adamas Nu Omega in Baybay Leyte with his Grand Archon Delmer Loreto while the rest of the hardcore ANΩ in Feati were coming from Leyte and Samar.

The joined forces created by the Samahang Visaya and the Adamas Nu Omega had push the S.I.G. to retreat and lie-low until Lace Luistro become the Grand Archon while Terry and Dennis control the leadership of S.V.

Lace a native of Aklan and a relative of Michael Jardaliza was elected 3times Grand Archon in the Adamas Nu Omega Emerald chapter with the support of Butch Canamaso, Gerber, Lito Reuben, Raul, Cabone and Froilan. However, in 1980’s the S.I.G. was secretly enraged by the power of the Adamas Nu Omega (ANΩ) and the Samahang Visaya (SV) tandem.

On a less vocal note it launched a massive covert operation to penetrate the Adamas Nu Omega. This, of course, dramatically escalated the game being played by the S.I.G., and metaphorically brought the two organizations into a serious confrontation that landed on the brutal murder of Bro Roldan Martinez alias Budha.  

The Adamas Nu Omega leadership was very, very red and painfully angry and without hesitation an operation was establish by Malic Tagoranao for revenge, the ANΩ founder and Nasser Said Pangadapun Bubong who was his right hand at that time and with the group of Alikhan Ananggo, Ronald Reambello accompanied by Willie, Nelson, Ting’goy , with the borrowed sumpak and shotgun from the S.I.G., they attack the innocent SV.

But in human terms, a much greater tragedy, the innocent defenceless and unarmed member of S.V. who was a relative of Michael Jardaliza was brutally murdered and the body was thrown at the bridge of Qeapo canal due to heavy police present in Carlos Palangka Street, all the assailant run towards the residence of Malic Tagoranao.

Both of whom had died heroically for Visayan students in Manila and both a relative of Michael Jardaliza. In other words the two serve as a painful reminder that dispute threatened the entire VisMin students. The two who died was also a constant reminder that the primary purpose of S.I.G. was exact revenge upon all those who conspired to block their path against the bisaya.

The 6^th anniversary of the Adamas Nu Omega is joyful however after that event all the hardcore of the Adamas Nu Omega hide from different part of the country while the founder run to Middle East for cover. All the Adamas members are target for assassination. Mario Lopez denounces his membership in the ANΩ society upon a house visit by the vigilante's of God. The hardcore members of the Adamas Nu Omega Feati University was neutralized while the vigilantes of God still searching the whereabouts of Malic Tagoranao and his family.

And on 1987 member of the Adamas Nu Omega from Leyte and Samar landed in Echague spearheaded by Boisy from Carigara Leyte, Oscar from Jaro, Ben Armateo from Catarman, Jun Portello from Dagami, Juancho from Oras, Ariel, ect., and the full confrontation closed the Feati University annex building. The Samahang Ilocano Gang wins the game and the ANΩ-SV lost the scene.

The Adamas Nu Omega continues their recruitment in Visayas and Mindanao without any support and knowing the whereabouts of the founders while there was no ANΩrecruitment in Northern Luzon. Sadly to know that Edwin Quiroz ang Lady Grace Sunga quit from the organization.

Meanwhile the Samahang Visaya continue their recruitment in Feati University and other parts in Metro Manila spearheaded by the group of Terry, Estong, Macky , Awid and Dennis followed by the group of Johnel that make them more stronger.

Today, there are many, many great professional Ilong’go in the political scene, i.e. Defensor, Topa, Arroyo’s, Coscolluela, Sayco, Jaro, ect. ect., and many, many bisaya in the international arena. This people are no longer scared to separate Philippines from Luzon because the bisaya and the mindanaouns are great and strong.
